We loved our stay at Naajal! It’s a very special place, new and clean at a honest price. The rooftop pools overlooking the jungle really changed our staying in Tulum for the better. The hosts are extremely nice and we enjoyed our time with them! Thanks to Charly and la Jefa for making our time in Tulum special!
My husband and I have been travelling around Mexico the last 3 weeks and staying at many different hotels and different accommodations. We by far love this hotel, the staff ( Patie ) was amazing . The room was very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. We had some banking issues when we arrived and the owner of the hotel was more than willing to help us with our problem. We will definitely return in the future.
This place was amazing! We booked super late since our other hotel didn’t work out, and the host was very gracious to help us check in despite the late hour. The space was beautiful and had everything we needed. Outside of the room, the patio and rooftop area was amazing to experience the jungle and really get away from it all. Sunset from the roof is not to be missed. If you want a place away from the parties to relax, this is the spot for you!
Naajal is perfect place to relax, few minutes away from Tulum. The room window on the forest is perfect. The roof top pool completely immerse in the jungle. Lucas was responding and supportive. I live my experience as a dream. Recommend
It’s a magic place, in the middle of the jungle, with a very chilling vibe. The terrace is super cool and the rooms are big and cozy. Charly is a true local guide: he helped us in every possible way, enriching our experience in an unbelievably positive way. The way to reach it is a bit tough, but totally worth it. I will miss this place a lot
This boutique hotel is an hidden pearl in La Veleta - Tulum, chic housing area. In the middle of the jungle, chilling vibes and silence are what you gonna find in the stunning terrace of Naajal - two very nice open air swimming pools and two barbecues. This Is the perfect place to spend your stay near the city but not too close to the noise of night Life. A plus, the host Is really a good persone, avaiable for any Need and truly friendly. Must do.
Lovely jungle stay, out of the hustle and bustle of Tulum but a short journey from everything. And Lucas, the host, was great! No job too small, and always on hand to help.
I cannot recommend this place enough. From the pool on the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the jungle you are in the middle of. The room was fully equipped and the shower was the best we have had in all of Mexico. The host Charly was very welcoming and was available for questions all the time.
